Your position

In this role, you will directly report to the Head of Industrial Projects. As an Industrial trainee you will support the development, structuring, and commercialization of global product and solution offerings by contributing to data-driven initiatives and technical product management activities. You will primarily assist in building and maintaining structured products, assets, and market data while supporting the preparation of customer-ready technical solution packages. You will work closely with various stakeholders across Regional Sales, Marketing & Solutions, Engineering, Business Development, Project Management, R&D, IT teams and contribute to establishing consistent data structures and enabling fact-based product and portfolio decisions.

Your tasks

• Supporting the structuring and maintenance of product definitions, lining concepts, and related technical documentation
• Assisting in maintaining and improving product, asset, and market data to ensure consistency and usability across functions
• Contributing to the preparation of ready-for-quote technical packages and support handovers to relevant stakeholders
• Supporting technical validation of activities, simulations, and documentation of results
• Assisting in collecting and consolidating market intelligence and customer asset information to support portfolio and solution development

Your profile

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, data sciences or any other field of similar technical relevance
• Few years of initial work experience
• Data analytic skills
• Basic knowledge of refractories

Languages: English – fluent

The recruitment process for the Global Trainee Program is a multi-stage process that spans several months from February 2026. The stages include the Screening stage, the Interview stage, and the Assessment Center stage. Successful candidates will be issued their contracts in June 2026 and will start their trainee positions in September 2026.

The annual gross salary for this position will be € 55,000 on a full-time bases incl overtime.
